Is your Vision clear at the top, but disconnected on the ground?
When we partnered with a digital challenger bank, the bank was entering a new chapter of growth. The strategic direction was defined, but long term success depended on something deeper than clarity alone. It required collective belief and alignment.
Rather than cascade the vision through traditional communications, we designed and facilitated a Collaborative Visual Thinking session. This creative workshop gave teams space to interpret the vision in their own words and explore how their roles contributed to the future of the organisation.
The conversations generated significant energy and ownership. Participants were not passive recipients of change. They were active contributors to shaping how it would be understood.
We synthesised the outputs into a single, coherent visual narrative that captured the organisation’s shared ambition. Because it emerged from within the business, the final visual did more than explain the strategy. It grounded the vision in personal meaning and gave the workforce a clear, collective foundation for change.
