Are you struggling articulate a Vision in way that is simple and impactful?

When we partnered with our Advisory Body client as part of the UK Government’s Food Strategy, the ambition was clear, but the system behind it was vast and complex.

Health, Sustainability, Food Security and Economic Growth were deeply interconnected, yet difficult to communicate as a coherent vision. Stakeholders could see their part of the picture, but not always the whole.

Through collaborative Visual Thinking workshops across the country, we helped translate that complexity into a clear, shared visual narrative.

By creating a detailed pictorial landscape of the UK food system, supported by drill down visual tools, we made the wider vision tangible. The framework allowed different audiences to explore specific priorities while still understanding how they connected to the bigger picture.

The result was not just a clearer story, but stronger alignment. A vision that could be seen, understood and discussed, rather than simply described.
