Working with a Large Pharmaceutical company, we focused on reinforcing alignment through lived experience rather than top down messaging.
We facilitated a series of mini-breakouts centred on the ‘moments that mattered’ to people across the organisation. Employees shared personal stories of kindness, support and collaboration, surfacing the behaviours that truly shaped their working culture.
Over the course of the initiative, we connected with more than 1,000 colleagues across multiple functions, generating hundreds of individual insights. These stories were not left as conversations. They were captured and synthesised into a large scale Live Mural that evolved throughout the week.
Participants watched their experiences materialise in real time, creating a powerful sense of recognition and shared ownership. The mural became both a reflection of who they are and a visible reminder of the behaviours that sustain alignment during growth and change.
Long after the event, the Live Mural continues to act as a cultural anchor, reinforcing positive narratives and encouraging individuals to take personal responsibility for shaping the organisation’s future.
