Employee Engagement - Fashion & Clothing
Are you looking to keep people aligned and engaged as you grow or change?
Growth and rebranding can create momentum, but they can also risk disconnecting people from the story that shaped the organisation in the first place.
When our Fashion & Clothing client opened its new London headquarters as part of a wider rebrand, the business wanted more than a visual statement. It wanted a cultural anchor. A way to celebrate nearly 200 years of heritage while reinforcing alignment around its future direction.
To ensure the story was authentic and meaningful, we began with a collaborative Visual Thinking session. Together, we explored the defining chapters of the client’s journey, identifying the milestones, values and moments of craft that truly mattered. This session helped scope and shape the narrative framework for a timeline that employees could recognise and feel proud of.
From there, months of meticulous planning followed. Drafting, copywriting, style development and colour exploration were all approached with the same care and attention to detail that the client applies to its suiting. Multiple creative routes were considered before pen ever touched wall.
The final outcome was a handcrafted, hand lettered and hand drawn mural charting key milestones from their origins to the present day.
More than decoration, the timeline became a living reminder of the organisation’s enduring commitment to craft. It reconnects people to their shared heritage, reinforcing alignment and engagement as the business continues to evolve.
“We wanted to remind people that we are just gatekeepers of this brand, and whilst we have done some incredible work, there is still plenty of space to be filled, you guys have delivered something stunning. Thank-you.”
